This contract role focuses on translating documents from English to Spanish while preserving original meaning, context, and tone to ensure clear and accurate communication for our clients. Key Responsibilities Translate diverse documents from English to Spanish, maintaining original context and intent. Proofread and edit translations to guarantee accuracy and high-quality standards. Format documents using Microsoft Word according to project and client requirements. Apply grammar correction and stylistic consistency throughout translations. Collaborate with team members to clarify project details and resolve translation queries. Participate in regular feedback sessions to enhance translation quality continuously. Stay updated on translation industry trends and best practices to improve workflow efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma with extensive Spanish translation experience. Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document formatting and preparation. Solid understanding of grammar and style in both Spanish and English. Preferred: Certifications in translation or linguistics. Minimum 3 years of relevant translation experience preferred.
