Sr. Accounts Officer

About the role

Confidential is seeking a Sr. Accounts Officer with experience in corporate or commercial loans for SMEs or the middle-market segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in corporate or commercial loans for SMEs or the middle-market segment. Strong credit experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of banking and lending products and industry, marketing, data analysis, financial monitoring and reporting, research, and risk management.
• Proficiency with basic applications in a Windows-based environment, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; moderate keyboard skills at 40 WPM and 80% accuracy.
• Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written English communication skills. Ability to speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
• Action-oriented, with the ability to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
• Knowledge and skills in modern office practices, procedures, equipment, and standard clerical techniques.
• Efficient facilitation skills, including the ability to facilitate group discussions.
• Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets, and production goals.
