Sr. Agile Product Manager/Advisor

Tasks

• Define system features and participate in feature validation.
• Establish the scope of work, vision, and roadmap for the Agile Release Train (ART).
• Align Agile initiatives with broader portfolio objectives and strategic priorities.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination across the portfolio.
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to senior management on significant business and technical matters.
• Drive Agile product management practices across multiple disciplines and teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex assignments and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of product features and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Mandatory healthcare industry experience.
• 7+ years of experience as an Agile Product Manager/Advisor.
• Experience defining system features and participating in validation.
• Strong understanding of Agile Release Train (ART) scope, vision, and roadmap development.
