Sr AI Cloud Platform Engineer

Tasks

• Design, build, deploy, and operate Model Context Protocol (MCP) services that provide approved access to OneDrive and SharePoint content and actions for ChatGPT, Claude, and internal agents.
• Build and operate reusable agent runtime and gateway services on AWS, including tool access, identity, session or memory management, observability, and operational controls; use Amazon Bedrock AgentCore where it fits the architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant software, cloud, or platform engineering experience, including 5+ years designing, delivering, and operating production cloud services; strong AWS experience with IAM, networking, APIs, containers or serverless, observability, and secrets management.
• Experience building APIs, integrations, or MCP servers and applying OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, service identities, and authorization controls to enterprise data access.
• Practical Microsoft 365 integration experience with Microsoft Graph, OneDrive or SharePoint, and Microsoft Entra ID app registrations and permissions.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI and Anthropic developer platforms or comparable LLM APIs, including tool calling, agent workflows, context handling, evaluation, and limitations of generated outputs.
• Plus: Experience with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, particularly Gateway, Runtime, Identity, Memory, or Observability; production implementation is a strong plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant governance, SharePoint site scoped access, delegated consent, and permissions troubleshooting.
