Auxis is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive SR Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at the Connecta Hub (Calle 26, Bogotá)!This is a unique opportunity to not only manage end-to-end AP processes but also work closely with our Migration Team to transition BPO functions from international markets to our Bogotá Service Center.💼 What’s in it for you?Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Great work-life balance!).Hybrid Model: 2 days at the office (Connecta, Calle 26) / 3 days working from home.Growth Culture: Auxis prioritizes employee development, empowering you to hit your career goals within a collaborative team environment.Salary: 4.700.000 COPStart Date: August 3rd🎯 Key Responsibilities:Process, code, and verify AP transactions, invoices, and expense reports accurately.Handle vendor relations, statement reconciliations, and dispute resolutions.Prepare payment batches (wire transfers, checks, electronic payments).Collaborate on month-end/year-end closing processes and audit support.Assist with the smooth migration of incoming BPO international market functions.📝 Requirements:Language: Advanced Conversational English (B2+ minimum is a must).Experience/Tech: Proficiency in SAP or other major ERP systems.Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic accounting and the 3-way match process.Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong communication skills.Education: High school diploma required; studies in Accounting or related fields are a big plus.
