Sr. Automation Architect

Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
• Build Selenium automation frameworks using Java, JUnit/TestNG, Maven, and Selenium Grid.
• Develop BDD automation scripts using Cucumber, Gherkin, and TDD.
• Automate REST API and web services testing using REST Assured, Parasoft, and SOAP UI.
• Configure automated regression suites using Jenkins CI/CD.
• Perform SQL-based data validation and document defects.
• Mentor team members and collaborate with development and integration teams.
• Work in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.

Requirements

• 14+ Years
• Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, JUnit/TestNG, and Maven
• REST API testing, REST Assured, Parasoft, SOAP, XML, and JSON
• Selenium Grid and Jenkins CI/CD
• SQL and relational databases
• Agile methodologies and Scrum Master experience
• Preferred: Playwright, Cypress, Git/Stash, AWS, and Docker
• Preferred: VersionOne, Confluence, SonarQube, and Checkmarx
• Preferred: AI-assisted test automation and self-healing frameworks
• Only local candidates or candidates near Washington, DC / Virginia
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
