Job description
About the role
The position is focused on a hands-on, technical HR technology resource who can own HR technology solutions end-to-end.
Tasks
- Platform support, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical design.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR systems and integrations.
- Enterprise SaaS platform experience.
- Integration experience including APIs, SFTP/file transfers, authentication methods, and data flow management.
- Data analysis experience.
- Preferred: Oracle HCM experience; experience building integrations with Oracle systems; Learning Management System (LMS) experience; Power BI; Snowflake; Python.
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud knowledge is beneficial but not required.
- General LMS experience is more important than experience with any specific learning platform.
- The strongest candidates will have experience with HR SaaS platforms, Oracle HCM integrations, LMS technologies, APIs, SQL/data analysis, and enterprise-level system support.
