Sr. Financial Analyst

Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis. This role partners with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, analyze trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze monthly financial results.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.Develop and maintain financial reports and models.Prepare management reports and performance summaries.Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and recommendations.Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and business processes.Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or a related finance role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience working with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
