Job description
Requirements
- Strong experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, and OpenSearch/ELK
- Expertise in monitoring dashboards, logging, distributed tracing, and alerting
- Hands-on experience with synthetic monitoring and proactive reliability engineering
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Shell scripting
- Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- Working knowledge of GCP Cloud Monitoring and cloud-native observability tools
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Agile/Scrum, and incident management
