• Lead hands-on Java development and production support activities.
• Design, maintain, and optimize cloud-native solutions on GCP.
• Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, application performance, and system availability.
• Manage production incidents, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Implement monitoring, observability, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support data engineering and big data solutions.
• Own development modules and guide the team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Communicate effectively with client VPs, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
