Staff Accountant

Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid – up to 3–4 days remote per week)

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable invoices, including batching, routing for approval, cash disbursements, and bank interactionsAssist with month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliationsSupport accounts receivable activities and communicate with vendors as neededAssist with day-to-day accounting operations and special projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field3+ years of accounting experienceAccounts payable experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
