Staff Nurse, RN

Tasks

• Assess patient health and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to facility policies.
• Monitor and document patients’ physical and psychosocial conditions.
• Coordinate patient care and supervise support staff.
• Respond to emergencies and manage challenging patient situations.
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited college.
• Active Indiana RN license or license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) participating state at the time of submission.
• Minimum 1 year of previous psychiatric experience.
• Experience working with adults, geriatrics, and adolescents aged 12+.
• Current CPR certification.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience; Cerner preferred.
• Behavioral intervention training preferred (training provided during orientation).

Schedule

• 12.5-hour day shift | 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM
