About the role

Healthcare staffing or recruitment experience preferred.

We are a growing, locally owned, Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing agency.

Tasks

• Coordinate daily schedules, assignments, and staffing coverage.
• Manage call-offs, replacements, and last-minute staffing needs.
• Maintain employee availability and ensure client staffing requests are filled promptly.
• Recruit, screen, and interview qualified healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and credentialing.
• Maintain an active pool of qualified candidates.
• Build strong relationships with clients and employees.
• Address staffing concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and client satisfaction.
