Stock m is hiring a full-time Stock Market Trading Client Specialist in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this client-facing financial services role, you will help clients navigate trading platforms, understand market activity, and manage their trading accounts while supporting strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients on stock market trading strategies and investment opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and share timely updates and recommendations with clients.
- Assist with trading account setup and management.
- Answer client questions and troubleshoot trading platform and transaction issues.
- Create and deliver educational resources about trading concepts.
- Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve services.
- Track client performance and platform usage, and report opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with trading teams on client satisfaction and service efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Financial Markets or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of trading and investment strategies.
- Proficiency with trading platforms and financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Zero to two years of experience in a client-facing financial services role.
