Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support on stock market trading strategies and investment opportunities to clients.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, delivering timely updates and actionable recommendations.
- Assist clients with trading account setup and management to ensure a smooth trading experience.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to trading platforms and transactions.
- Develop and deliver educational resources to enhance clients' understanding of trading concepts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service quality.
- Track client performance metrics and analyze usage patterns to identify improvement areas.
Work closely with trading teams to ensure client satisfaction and participate in projects aimed at enhancing service efficiency.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Financial Markets or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of trading and investment strategies.
- Proficiency with trading platforms and financial software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in client-facing roles within financial services.
This position reports to the Senior Trading Manager and is part of a collaborative team of trading specialists and client service professionals.
