Store Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Store Maintenance personnel in Baguio, Cordillera, Philippines. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the store's physical environment remains safe, functional, and pleasant for both customers and employees. You will be an essential part of our operations, helping to maintain the upkeep of our facilities and support a variety of ongoing maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical, ref and airconditioning repair is an advantage. Result-oriented and a Team Player. Flexible, hardworking and has the ability to work under pressure and in stressfull situations. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in maintenance or repair work, ideally within retail or commercial settings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations relevant to maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience using common maintenance tools and equipment. Our Store Maintenance team operates within a collaborative environment where team members support each other's goals. You will report directly to the Facilities Manager and work closely with store management and other staff to ensure all maintenance needs are met efficiently.
