Store Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the physical store
Manage inventory for all product categories — stock intake, counting, arrangement, and proper display (especially jewelry pieces)
Ensure proper documentation of sales, stock movement, and expenses
Maintain a clean, attractive, and well-organized store with proper visual merchandising
Attend to customers, provide styling advice where needed, and ensure excellent customer service
Handle jewelry and delicate items with care and ensure proper security and accountability
Monitor low stock and promptly report for restocking
Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as Store Manager, Store Keeper, or Sales Assistant (fashion/jewelry/lifestyle retail experience is an advantage)
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and display skills
- Honest, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to use basic phone/computer for records (Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage)
- Must reside in or around Kubwa, Abuja or be willing to commute daily
Salary & Benefits:
