Deer Valley Locksmith & Garage Door Repair is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. This on-site role pays $20 per hour and combines retail store operations, team leadership, customer service, sales, and inventory management. Candidates should have experience rekeying locks and smart locks and basic knowledge of locksmith products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations.
• Lead team members and manage staff scheduling.
• Support customer service and sales.
• Manage inventory and help maintain product availability.
• Use knowledge of basic locksmith products and services to assist in the store.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience rekeying locks and smart locks.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability, including weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Skills in retail operations, team leadership, staff scheduling, customer service, sales, and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of locksmith products and services.
• Retail management experience preferred.
