Casey's is looking for business professionals passionate about leading a team that serves the community with enthusiasm and pride. Store Managers help create a fun and helpful store atmosphere for guests, team members, and the community. This role oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Keep the store stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members in the Casey's Way.
• Coach and mentor the team, and model and coach to Casey's CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, and Service.
• Manage the labor budget and staffing needs for regular hours, special events, and high-traffic times.
• Keep the scheduling system up to date, prepare and post schedules on time, and communicate scheduling updates.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee and ensure completion of daily bookwork.
