About the role
Vira International Placements PVT. LTD. Jobs Careers is seeking store managers / branch managers responsible for entire store operations, P&L, team management, and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end store or branch operations.
- Manage P&L, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- Lead, train, schedule, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure customer service, hygiene, food safety, and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory, sales performance, reporting, and daily operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management.
- At least 3+ years of experience in an international QSR chain in India.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
