Store Sales Staff

Qualifications
●High school graduate or equivalent
●At least 1 year of experience in retail sales
●Proven experience assisting customers and generating sales
●Comfortable working with sales targets and store KPIs
●Good communication and customer service skills
●Responsible, reliable, and customer-oriented
●Willing to work onsite and follow assigned store schedules
●Willing to work weekends and holidays when required

Key Responsibilities
●Assist customers and provide appropriate product recommendations
●Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
●Maintain proper product presentation and store cleanliness
●Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
●Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and organization
●Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
●Support daily store operations as assigned
