Store Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or food-service industry
• Experience in Japanese restaurants is an advantage
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Knowledge of daily restaurant operations
• Able to supervise and motivate kitchen and dining staff
• Knowledge of cash handling, inventory, and basic sales monitoring
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Can handle customer concerns and resolve problems professionally
• Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Punctual, trustworthy, and a good team player
• Professional, presentable, and positive attitude
• Willing to learn and follow company policies and procedures
