Storekeeper for Interior Fit Out Projects in Navi Mumbai

Youngstone Projects India LLP is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and supplies for interior fit-out projects. This full-time role is based in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, within a dynamic company specializing in transforming spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete inventory records of materials received, issued, and balance stock at site/store.
• Handle material inward and outward entries and maintain stock registers and reports.
• Verify materials received from vendors according to Purchase Order (PO), delivery challan, and quantity specifications.
• Issue materials to site teams and contractors based on site requirements and approved requests.
• Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock documentation.
• Track material consumption and wastage during project execution.
• Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
• Coordinate with purchase team, project managers, and site supervisors for material requirements.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits.
• Ensure timely availability of materials at site to avoid work delays.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, and machinery issued to workers.
• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management immediately.

Required Knowledge of Materials

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of materials used in interior turnkey projects, including but not limited to:

• Plywood, MDF, Particle Board
• Laminates, Veneers, Hardware Fittings
• Glass, Acrylics, and other finishing materials
