Job description
Youngstone Projects India LLP is hiring a detail-oriented Storekeeper for interior fit-out projects in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. This full-time, on-site role manages project materials, inventory, tools, and stock documentation to help keep interior turnkey projects supplied and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and in stock.
- Record material inward and outward movements and update stock registers and reports.
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery challans, and quantity specifications.
- Issue materials to site teams and contractors against approved requests and project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issue slips, and related stock documents.
- Track material consumption and wastage during project execution.
- Label, stack, and store materials safely and systematically.
- Coordinate material requirements with the purchasing team, project managers, and site supervisors.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits.
- Help ensure materials are available at the site on time to prevent work delays.
- Track tools, equipment, and machinery issued to workers.
- Promptly report shortages, damage, or stock discrepancies to management.
Materials Knowledge
Candidates should be familiar with materials used in interior turnkey projects, including plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, and other fit-out materials.
