Job description
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end enterprise technology implementation and legacy system replacement.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance.
- Oversee vendor management, data migration, system integration, and testing.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and deployment.
- Provide executive-level reporting and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- At least 5 years leading complex technology implementations.
- Proven experience with enterprise system replacement, data migration, and organizational change management.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and executive governance skills.
- PMP certification, public-sector experience, and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies are preferred.
