About the role
Lkjordan is seeking structural welders to weld, fabricate, and repair equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and flux-cored welding on carbon steel, steel, and stainless steel.
- Complete pipe welding and pipe fitting.
- Read prints, instructions, and work orders.
- Fabricate and repair equipment.
- Cut, burn, grind, and prepare surfaces.
- Set up, assemble, and tack weld parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of welding experience.
- Experience with iron workers, plasma cutters, pipe threaders, and grinders.
- Welding certification preferred.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
