Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and consultation calls with parents and adult learners to assess educational needs
• Identify academic, ESL, enrichment, or neurodivergent support requirements
• Match clients with suitable teachers and programs based on their goals
• Present pricing, schedules, and enrollment options clearly and effectively
• Close enrollments and assist with payment completion processes
• Maintain accurate and detailed notes using the academy CRM system
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets to drive organizational growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in education sales, tutoring enrollment, or consultative sales roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging with international families and diverse learners
• Highly organized, responsive, and results-oriented
• Experience with CRM software preferred

Technology Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and wireless noise-canceling microphone
• Safe physical space suitable for movement during virtual instruction
• Familiarity with virtual video platforms used for teaching dance and movement is a plus

Contractor Expectations

This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for managing their own taxes, equipment, and scheduling while maintaining professional instructional quality and communication. Vyagale’s Academy supports contractors with enrollment coordination, scheduling assistance, and a collaborative teaching environment.
