Remote Student Enrollment Closer (Freelance) – Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is hiring a Freelance Student Enrollment Closer for a remote role based in Mexico City, Mexico. Help parents and adult learners find educational opportunities by understanding their goals, recommending suitable programs, and guiding them through enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and consultation calls with parents and adult learners.
• Identify academic, ESL, enrichment, and neurodivergent support needs.
• Match prospective students with appropriate teachers and programs.
• Present pricing, schedules, and enrollment options.
• Close enrollments and support payment completion.
• Maintain accurate records and call notes in the academy CRM.
• Work toward weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in education sales, tutoring enrollment, or consultative sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort communicating with international families.
• Organized, responsive, and results-driven approach.
• CRM experience preferred.

Remote Work Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet and a laptop or desktop computer.
• Webcam and wireless noise-canceling microphone.
• A safe, suitable workspace for virtual consultations.
• Familiarity with video conferencing platforms.

Contractor Expectations

This is an independent contractor position. Contractors manage their own taxes, equipment, and schedule while maintaining professional communication. Vyagale’s Academy provides enrollment coordination, scheduling support, and a collaborative teaching environment.
