🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Supervise night shift field operations on heavy civil projects • Manage crews, subcontractors, and manpower requirements • Coordinate traffic control and maintain site safety compliance • Track productivity, budgets, schedules, and daily progress • Oversee QA/QC processes, reporting, and project documentation
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile: • 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience • Previous Superintendent or Foreman leadership background • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification • Experience with highways, bridges, utilities, or infrastructure projects • Traffic Control Coordinator experience or TCC certification preferred
