🏗️ LEAD SUPERINTENDENT | GROUND-UP COMMERCIAL + INDUSTRIAL💰 $150K–$200K + Bonus + Per Diem📍 Southeast Projects | Traveling Role🏗️ Ground-Up Commercial + Industrial
We’re representing an established commercial + industrial GC looking to add an accomplished Lead Superintendent to its field leadership team.
This is built for a Superintendent who knows how to take ownership of a ground-up project, lead the field, drive the schedule, and deliver a quality job from mobilization through turnover.You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be trusted to run the job, backed by an experienced project team and a contractor with a strong pipeline across the Southeast.
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR• 10+ years of Superintendent experience• Strong ground-up commercial and/or industrial background• Proven track record leading projects from sitework through closeout• Strong command of schedule, safety, quality, subcontractors, and field coordination• Comfortable being the field leader and face of the project with clients, inspectors, and trade partners• Willing to travel throughout the Southeast• Retail construction experience is a strong plus
