About the role

Samet Corporation is building a talent pipeline for Superintendent roles across its six offices. This is not a specific, currently open position. Applying puts you on Samet Corporation’s radar for opportunities that may fit now or in the future.

Superintendents lead day-to-day site operations and turn plans into buildings. They set the tone on the job site and work with project management to deliver The Samet Way.

Responsibilities

• Direct trades and manage the schedule.
• Enforce safety and maintain quality standards so projects finish safely, on time, on budget, and to client expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, mentor the field team, and work with project management.
• Assistant Superintendents support coordination of trades, scheduling, daily reports, quality inspections, and site logistics.
• Superintendent I manages projects from start to finish with direct field oversight.
• Superintendent II owns the CPM schedule.

Requirements

• Assistant Superintendent candidates should have field experience and a complete understanding of Field Engineer responsibilities; OSHA 30 is required.
• Superintendent I typically requires 3–5 years of superintendent experience; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is required.
