Role Description The Supervisor Real Estate role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. This role oversees daily real estate operations, including supervising property portfolios, coordinating lease activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. The supervisor tracks occupancy, rental performance, and contract renewals, and prepares regular reports to support data-backed decision-making. The role also involves guiding and mentoring team members, liaising with developers and clients, resolving operational issues, and supporting the implementation of technology tools that streamline real estate processes. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to maintain high service quality and achieve commercial targets.
Qualifications
Strong real estate background with proven experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate activities.Hands-on experience in Property Management, including oversight of property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.Competence in Lease Administration and managing Leases, including drafting, reviewing, and tracking lease terms and renewals.Knowledge of local real estate market dynamics in Cairo and surrounding areas; experience working with developers or agencies is an advantage.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work with data and technology tools for monitoring performance.Effective leadership, team supervision, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
