Our member-driven homes support people as they build stable lives in recovery.

Tasks

• Supervise, mentor and support program staff; assist with recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Conduct intake screenings, orientations and documentation; mentor members and attend house meetings.
• Help members access community services and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Apply organizational policies and address relapses, behavioural concerns, non-compliance and evictions.
• Collect dues, arrange deposits, conduct drug and alcohol testing, and coordi

• 55,000 to 60,000
