Role Overview
As a Surveillance Data Analyst in Bangalore, you will review CCTV footage from supermarkets and retail outlets using AI-programmed cameras. You will monitor customer activity from entry to exit and accurately classify gestures and behaviors as normal, unusual, suspicious, or potentially criminal.
Responsibilities
- Review CCTV footage from retail locations and ensure thorough coverage of customer activity from entry to exit.
- Analyze customer gestures and actions, distinguishing routine behavior from suspicious or irregular activity.
- Identify behavioral patterns and trends that may help improve security protocols.
- Report potential threats, security breaches, and unusual incidents promptly to security teams.
- Maintain accurate records of observations, classifications, and actions taken.
