Survey Interviewer – Salem, Tamil Nadu, India

Goldrop Ventures Private Limited is hiring a full-time Survey Interviewer in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India. In this on-site role, you will collect reliable survey data that helps clients make informed decisions. You will work with a collaborative market research team and contribute directly to research quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview participants in person and by phone to collect survey responses.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully to help respondents feel comfortable sharing information.
• Record interview details accurately and protect data integrity throughout collection.
• Work with the research team to refine survey questions using participant feedback.
• Support survey preparation and sampling to identify target respondents.
• Share timely feedback on survey effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Meet daily data collection goals and project deadlines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, social sciences, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with survey methods and data collection practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Interview or survey experience is preferred but not required.
