Survey Interviewer

Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews with participants both in-person and over the phone to collect survey data. Utilize effective communication skills to ensure respondents feel comfortable and willing to share information. Maintain detailed records of interviews and ensure data integrity throughout the collection process. Collaborate with the research team to refine survey questions based on previous feedback. Assist in pre-survey preparations and sampling strategies to identify target respondents. Provide timely feedback on survey effectiveness and suggest improvements when necessary. Meet or exceed daily data collection goals and deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in communication, social sciences, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with survey methodologies and data collection practices. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet tight deadlines. Experience in conducting interviews or surveys is preferred but not mandatory.
