Job description

Join as the SVP, Talent and Chief People Officer (CPO) in Chicago, Illinois. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the people strategy to build a high-performance team and vibrant company culture driving agency growth. Key Responsibilities: Define and promote a positive, empowering company culture aligned with core values and mission. Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being. Design and manage performance management processes aligned with business goals; support managers in reviews and goal-setting. Develop succession planning strategies to identify and grow internal talent for key roles during expansion. Oversee talent development programs by collaborating with department heads to address training needs. Drive full lifecycle talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers on recruitment strategies. Conduct employee relations investigations ensuring adherence to corporate policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s and certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Proven leadership experience in People/HR within a high-growth media or advertising agency environment. Experience managing mergers and acquisitions and fostering collaborative corporate cultures. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. This is a full-time position with remote work eligibility, based in Chicago, Illinois.
