Swimming Pool Technician

We are a growing Pool Company in both Dallas and Waco, seeking an experienced and dedicated Swimming Pool Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining pools to ensure they are safe, functional, and visually appealing. We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and dependable individual who has previous experience in pool cleaning or an individual who can be trained in our system. Responsibilities: Clean and maintain swimming pools, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing. Test and balance pool water chemistry using appropriate chemicals. Monitor pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters, and report any malfunctions or issues. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries. Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities. Follow established routes and schedules to service multiple pools efficiently. Requirements: Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining swimming pools. Knowledge of pool equipment and chemicals. Strong understanding of pool water chemistry and balancing. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
