About the role
SkyChefs is seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions in a fast-paced airline catering and food production operations environment. The role serves as a trusted business partner to leadership and employees, balancing operational priorities with employee advocacy while supporting business objectives.
The work location is Austin, United States. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed to support a 24/7 operation.
Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition, compliance, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Support leadership and employees, navigate labor issues, and help drive a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and labor contract requirements.
