Talend Snowflake Lead

8+ years of experience in ETL/Data Engineering and Data Warehouse implementations.
Strong hands-on experience with Talend ETL/ELT Development.
Extensive experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse development, administration, and performance optimization.
Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing Concepts, Data Marts, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), and Data Integration methodologies.
Expertise in Dimensional Data Modeling, including Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension tables, and SCD Type 1/2/3 implementations.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning, and Data Analysis.
Experience implementing CDC (Change Data Capture), incremental load processes, and data reconciliation solutions.
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services and cloud-based data platforms.
Experience in Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Data Quality, and Data Governance frameworks.
Ability to create and maintain Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and technical specifications.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work directly with business users and stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
