Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases; screen resumes and conduct phone or virtual interviews.
• Coordinate technical interview rounds and schedules with hiring managers, maintain candidate pipelines, and support timely hiring closures.
• Maintain recruitment documentation: Create and update job descriptions, hiring trackers, and recruitment MIS.
• Assist with onboarding, including offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with candidates about interviews, feedback, and joining, and coordinate hiring needs with HR and department heads.
• Help ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
