Job Description Cloud Unicorn Private Limited Company is seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage full-cycle recruitment in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role requires excellent communication, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring top talent. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic or virtual interviews. Coordinate technical interviews and schedule meetings with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring closures. Documentation & Compliance: Create and update job descriptions. Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports. Assist with onboarding activities including offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities. Coordination & Communication: Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and joining status. Collaborate closely with HR and department heads to understand hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Skills & Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Good understanding of recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques. Strong coordination and multitasking abilities. Quick learner with analytical thinking and a proactive mindset. Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information Training Period: 3 months with a stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
