Key Responsibilities Source top talent through job portals, social media channels, employee referrals, and internal databases to build a strong candidate pipeline. Screen resumes effectively and conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit. Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds, ensuring seamless scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and MIS reports to monitor hiring progress and ensure timely closure of open positions. Create and update detailed job descriptions aligned with departmental needs and company standards. Assist with onboarding processes including offer letter preparation, document collection, and joining formalities to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Follow up consistently with candidates regarding interview feedback, joining dates, and other hiring communications to maintain engagement. Collaborate closely with HR and department heads to understand evolving hiring requirements and support workforce planning. What We're Looking For Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, essential for clear candidate and stakeholder interactions. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting. Proven ability to multitask and coordinate multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure. Preferred: Prior experience in recruitment within the IT or technology sector is an advantage. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment MIS tools.
