Job Description

Cloud Unicorn is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end hiring activities in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews. Coordinate technical rounds and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
• Documentation & Compliance: Create and update job descriptions. Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS. Assist with onboarding processes including offer letters, document collection, and joining formalities.
• Coordination & Communication: Follow up with candidates for interviews, feedback, and joining. Regularly coordinate with HR and department heads for hiring needs. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good understanding of recruitment cycles and sourcing techniques.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Quick learner with analytical thinking and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Training Period: 3 months (Stipend: ₹15,000–₹18,000).
