Talent Acquisition Specialist LATAM – Asunción, Paraguay

Company is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist LATAM based in Asunción, Paraguay to lead staffing and recruiting efforts across the Latin American region. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to document detailed job requirements and create opening requisitions. Identify and utilize effective recruiting sources for advertising and posting open positions. Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and maintain positive relationships with external service providers. Source and engage candidates, building strong networks to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified applicants. Qualifications: Experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition within LATAM markets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with hiring managers and candidates. Ability to develop strategic sourcing plans and maintain candidate pipelines. This is a full-time position based in Asunción, Paraguay. Remote work is not eligible.
