An important multinational services company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its LATAM recruiting function.
About the roleThis role will lead and develop recruiting teams across LATAM within a global organization. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to propose and adapt TA processes to a variety of regional needs.
What we're looking for10–15 years of experience, with a managerial background.Proven experience in TA or HR leadership roles managing multi-country teams.Strong track record influencing and managing stakeholders across regions.Experience in high-demand recruiting environments.Bilingual English required.
