Job description
Kipaji HR is seeking an experienced Corporate Childcare Consultant for a full-time consultancy position in Dodoma, Tanzania. Help businesses develop practical childcare solutions for working parents while supporting child development, community development, and women’s empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored childcare solutions for corporate clients.
- Assess existing childcare practices and identify opportunities to better support working parents.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and families.
- Provide clients with training and resources on childcare best practices and family support.
- Engage local communities in programs that promote women’s empowerment and child development.
- Measure and report the social impact of childcare programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that address families’ evolving needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in community-focused roles, preferably in childcare or social services.
- Demonstrated experience in community development and relationship management.
- Knowledge of childcare solutions, social impact initiatives, and women’s empowerment strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and communication software.
