Job description
Kipaji HR is seeking a dedicated and passionate Corporate Childcare Consultant to join our team in Dodoma, Tanzania. This full-time consultancy role offers a unique opportunity to impact childcare solutions while supporting community development and women empowerment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized childcare solutions for corporate clients addressing working parents' needs.
- Assess current childcare practices within client organizations to identify improvement areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and families.
- Provide training and resources on best childcare practices and family support to corporate clients.
- Engage local communities to promote programs empowering women and enhancing child development.
- Measure and report the social impact of childcare programs to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative family-centered solutions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
- Proven experience in community development and relationship management.
- Strong understanding of childcare solutions, social impact initiatives, and women empowerment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and communication software tools.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in community-focused roles, preferably in childcare or social services.
