Bazel N Chinguwa is hiring a full-time TAR Paving and Driveway Contact in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Help deliver quality driveway and paving work across construction projects while following safety procedures and coordinating with a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out paving operations efficiently and safely in line with site safety protocols.
- Work with team members to assess project requirements and coordinate daily tasks.
- Operate construction equipment, including rollers, skid steers, and pavers.
- Assess job sites and prepare surfaces for paving, following quality control requirements.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, completing basic repairs when needed.
- Update supervisors on progress, challenges, and project timelines.
- Support the training of new team members in safe work practices and equipment operation.
