A highly respected family office in Stamford, CT is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to lead complex tax matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and closely held entities. What You’ll DoLead all aspects of tax planning, compliance, and strategy for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family entitiesReview and oversee complex federal, state, and local tax returns including Forms 1040, 1041, 1065, and related filingsAdvise on tax-efficient structures for investments, trusts, partnerships, and estate planning mattersPartner closely with principals, external advisors, legal counsel, and investment professionalsIdentify tax savings opportunities and proactively manage tax riskOversee tax projections, quarterly estimates, and year-end planningMentor and develop junior tax professionals while helping improve internal processes and workflowsStay current on evolving tax legislation impacting HNW clients and family office operationsQualifications8+ years of tax experience focused on high-net-worth individuals, trusts, partnerships, and private clientsStrong background in public accounting, family office, or private client servicesDeep understanding of complex individual and fiduciary taxationProven ability to manage sophisticated client relationships with professionalism and discretionStrong communication skills and a hands-on, collaborative approachWhy This Opportunity Stands OutExceptional quality of life with only 3 days per week in-officeHighly visible role working directly with principals and senior leadershipStable, long-term environment
