Child Care Center Director

About the role

Monee Davis is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director for Kingdom Scholars Academy LLC, which is preparing to open a new child-care center in San Antonio, Texas. The Director will lead day-to-day operations and help establish a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for children.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and supervise staff.
• Maintain compliance with Texas child-care regulations and minimum standards.
• Support teachers and caregivers.
• Maintain required records and documentation.
• Assist with enrollment and parent communication.
• Ensure health, safety, emergency and sanitation procedures.
• Support age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Help prepare the center for licensing inspections.

Requirements

• Must meet Texas HHSC director qualification requirements.
• Previous child-care center director or assistant director experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas child-care regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to manage daily operations.
• Must be able to pass all required background checks.
