Job description
Tasks
- Lead technical architecture for industrial automation and digital transformation projects.
- Manage and mentor onsite/offshore engineering teams.
- Drive shopfloor-to-MES integration aligned with ISA-95 standards.
- Lead SCADA modernization, retrofits, and legacy system migrations.
- Architect MQTT-based data frameworks and PLC-to-enterprise integrations.
- Drive IT/OT convergence, industrial cybersecurity, and remote monitoring.
- Develop time-series data pipelines using industrial historians.
- Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA standards, and validation requirements.
- Lead technical proposals, solution design, change management, and project delivery.
