We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Administration, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to lead deployment operations, service delivery, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead, build, administer, and maintain enterprise CI/CD environments and deployment operations.
Drive DevOps and SRE practices to improve reliability, performance, and service delivery.
Manage deployments, configuration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure automation.
Lead incident, problem, change, request, and escalation management, including RCA and post-mortem reviews.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, operational reviews, SLA monitoring, and service improvement initiatives.
Manage application onboarding, product transitions, and infrastructure support across cloud environments.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) assets and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Communicate project progress, risks, and service performance to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure Automation, Configuration Management, and Troubleshooting
Strong understanding of IT Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, and RCA
