Requirements
- Senior-level MES implementation and technical leadership experience
- Hands-on expertise with PAS-X, Syncade, PharmaSuite, or Opcenter
- Strong understanding of upstream or downstream bioprocess operations
- Experience with electronic batch records, GMP, and computerized system validation
- MES integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment experience
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
