Job description
Tasks
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, applications, and blockchain nodes
- Manage production incidents, alerts, root cause analysis, and runbooks
- Support Ethereum/Solana validators, staking operations, and blockchain connectivity
- Build diagnostic tools and improve system reliability
Requirements
- AWS / Cloud Operations and Production Support
- Monitoring tools: CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Scripting/programming: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Rust, or Java
- Git/GitHub, incident management, and troubleshooting
- Blockchain experience is a strong plus!
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 4 PM–12 AM EST + weekend on-call shifts
- Long term W2 contract position
