Technical PMO – Change Management

Tasks

• Drive change governance, program tracking, and milestone management.
• Coordinate Oracle Fusion release schedules, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
• Conduct change impact assessments, business readiness reviews, and adoption tracking.
• Manage RAID logs, executive dashboards, project scorecards, and PMO documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and steering committee updates.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive mitigation plans.
• Support post-go-live adoption, hypercare, and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project Management, or Change Management.
• Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in change impact analysis, stakeholder management, and communications planning.
• Proficiency in RAID management, project controls, timeline tracking, and executive reporting.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Preferred: Prosci/ADKAR, PMP, ITIL, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Preferred: Experience with large-scale enterprise cloud transformations and global system cutovers.
