Technical Product Manager

Tasks

• Define and execute the enterprise email security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead secure messaging architecture, platform modernization, and global mail-routing initiatives.
• Strengthen defenses against phishing, malware, spoofing, and Business Email Compromise (BEC).
• Drive large-scale security transformation, cloud adoption, and infrastructure migration programs.
• Oversee email authentication, security controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, audit, compliance, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor globally distributed engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, messaging, or related technology domains.
• Strong experience leading enterprise-scale security or infrastructure programs.
• Deep knowledge of email security technologies and messaging infrastructure.
• Experience managing complex technology transformations in large or regulated environments.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Preferred: Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, FortiMail or similar email security platforms, SMTP routing and mail-flow architecture, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, cloud messaging and hybrid infrastructure, security governance, operational resilience, automation, and AI-driven security operations.
