Technical Product Owner

Tasks

• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, Capabilities, and User Stories.
• Manage product backlogs, story refinement, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, developers, and delivery teams.
• Support REST API design, integrations, and technical documentation.
• Apply ATDD/BDD practices and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Assist with issue triaging, log analysis using Splunk, and resolution coordination.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Technical Product Ownership and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and API-driven delivery.
• Knowledge of web, mobile, and digital marketing technologies.
• Backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and technical documentation skills.
• Splunk experience preferred; telecom domain experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 days per week
